Philip Bailey is an American R&B/soul singer, best known as one of the founding members of Earth, Wind and Fire. Possessing a four-octave voice range, Bailey has also done solo projects, as well as duets with Phil Collins and Eric Benet. Philip is currently the on-stage leader of Earth, Wind & Fire, along with bassist Verdine White and vocalist/percussionist Ralph Johnson.
