John Corbett (May 9, 1961 in Wheeling, West Virginia) is an American actor who has starred in two succesful television series to date: Northern Exposure from 1990 to 1995 and Sex and the City. In addition, he starred in the FX television show "Lucky", which was about a professional poker player living in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, this show was put on air before the current poker fad took off, and it was not renewed for a second season - despite critical acclaim and a loyal following.
He also appeared in Bigger Than the Sky (2005) as well as the hit comedy movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding (2002).
He claims that he does not wear underwear. He currently lives with his girlfriend Bo Derek in Seattle,Washington.
In 2004, he played Dan Parker in Raising Helen.
