Tahj Dayton Mowry (born 17 May 1987) is an American/comedic actor, best known for starring in The WB's sitcom Smart Guy, today rerun on The Disney Channel.

He was born in Oahu, Hawaii to a white father and an African-American mother , and is the younger brother of the twin sisters Tia and Tamera Mowry, who are both actresses. Tahj loves to play football and currently lives in California.

As well as Smart Guy, Tahj has appeared in various other shows, such as Full House as Teddy, one of Michelle Tanner's (played by Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen) best friends, and in a number of Disney Channel Original Moviess as well. Mowry also performs the voice of Wade on the Disney television cartoon Kim Possible.

Tahj currently attends the University of Wyoming.
