Shatrughan Sinha (born May 17, 1941) is an Indian actor, born in Mumbai. Even though he is from Bihar, a place not known for film personalities, he struggled hard and established himself as a prominent member of the Indian film industry. He is an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India and was one of the top male Bollywood film stars in the 1970s. He is a member of Bharatiya Janata Party and campaigns for the party in Bihar.
