Marc Favreau (born November 9, 1929 in Montreal, Quebec) is a French Canadian television and film actor.
He played numerous roles on stage and on several TV series on Quebecois and Ontarian television. He is best known for his creation of the clown Sol and for the witty deconstructions of the French language which he invented for this lovable individual.
