William Vance, pseudonym for William van Cutsem (born August 9, 1935) is a Belgian comic book artist. He has drawn a number of Belgian/French and Belgian/Dutch comic series, including:
- Howard Flynn
- Ray Ringo
- Bruno Brazil
- Bob Morane
- Bruce J. Hawker
- XIII
- Marshall Blueberry
He also also worked for the Dutch version of the Tintin magazine, as well as the French edition, and the magazines Femmes d'Aujourd'hui and Pilote.
