Darren Ward (born September 13, 1978) is an English footballer who plays for Crystal Palace in The Championship. He wears the number number 4 shirt and is a defender.
Darren joined Crystal Palace F.C. from Millwall F.C. in the summer of 2005 for a deal which could be worth £1.5m.
Ward started his career at Watford after spending some time on loan in 1999 to Q.P.R. he moved to Millwall in 2001 for £500,000 where he became a regular first team player.
Darren is the brother of West Ham United's Elliott Ward.
