Rich Fulcher is an American comedian who played Bob Fossil in the first series of The Mighty Boosh, and several roles in the second series. Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt came across Rich when touring in America and enjoyed his random absurd conversations so much that they wrote a part for him. His other claim to fame is that he is one of the body doubles that appeares in Wayne's World 2 when they go to London.
