Scott Speedman is a television and movie actor. He was born in London, England on September 1, 1975. He is probably best known for his role in the coming-of-age television drama Felicity, where he played the part of Ben Covington. Scott grew up in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and later moved to the Los Angeles area, where Felicity was filmed.
