Mo'Nique

Mo'Nique Imes-Jackson (born December 11, 1967 in Baltimore, Maryland), more commonly referred to by her stage / first name Mo'Nique, is an American television and film actress. She is most notable for her role of Nicole 'Nikki' Parker on the television series The Parkers.

She is also the host of "Showtime Night At The Apollo". She was rated the best 'Showtime' host of all time on a TV website. Mo'Nique was one of four African-American women headlining a concert film "The Queens of Comedy". In June 2005, Mo'Nique announced that she and her fiance are expecting twins in November 2005. She has a teenage son from a previous relationship. She has also been romantically linked with singer Gerald Levert.

Mo'Nique is the author of the best-selling book "Skinny Women Are Evil." She gave birth to twin boys, Jonathan and David, on Monday, October 3, 2005.
