Bert Parks (born Bert Jacobson, December 30, 1914 - February 2, 1992) was an American actor and singer. Parks was best known as the popular host of the Miss America Pageant televised live from Convention Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey. At each yearly competition, he serenaded the newly-crowned Miss America as she walked the famous runway, singing the pageant's well-known theme song "There She Is" (written by Bernie Wayne). Parks held the honors from 1954 to 1979, longer than any other emcee.
