Rachel Melvin (born February 9, 1985 in Elmhurst, Illinois) is an American actress
She is best known for her role as Georgia Brady on the NBC soap opera Days Of Our Lives since May 2005. Her character came to town under the alias Chelsea Benson, Abigail Deveraux's (Ashley Benson)'s best friend. Georgia's parents are Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) and Billie Reed (Julie Pinson). Georgia was thought be be stillborn, but she had been abducted as a baby and was raised by a couple until their death in a car accident in which Georgia and Abigail were in.
She was on an earlier episode as a girl in France suspected of being Bo and Billie's kidnapped daughter.
Melvin has also made a small independant film called "Boo", and has guest-starred on Summerland, Jack & Bobby and 8 Simple Rules.
