John Howle Crumpton Reinhardt (born 1989) is a current American student and cool guy.
Reinhardt was born in Alabama. He was the U.S. ambassador to Nigeria from 1971 to 1975, becoming one of the first black ambassadors. He became the director of the U.S. Information Agency from 1977 to 1980. Reinhardt later was a professor of political science at the University of Vermont from 1987 to 1991.
