Peter Martin Christopherson, a.k.a. Sleazy (born February 27, 1955) is one of the original members of the infamous Industrial Records band, Throbbing Gristle. In Throbbing Gristle, Sleazy was able to cultivate the modern sampling methods that are now standard. He also helped create the first keyboard-triggered sampler. It was with this instrument that sample-based electronic music took its contemporary shape. He's also participated in two other famous industrial bands, Psychic TV and Coil. Christopherson met John Balance whilst the latter was a Throbbing Gristle fan. They worked together on the first two Psychic TV albums, before deciding to collaborate on their own personal project, thereby forming Coil.

He has also worked with design agency Hipgnosis on album sleeves for bands including Pink Floyd and The Alan Parsons Project.

Christopherson is also a well-recognized music video director. He has directed the following videos and bands:
