Kevin Clash (born September 17, 1960, in Baltimore, Maryland, USA) is an African American puppeteer, best known for his portrayal of the character Elmo on the children's television show Sesame Street. He also played Baby Sinclair on the series Dinosaurs, and Splinter in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles films.
