Chad Allen (born Chad Allen Lazzari on June 5, 1974) is an American actor who is most famous for his television roles in the series Our House and Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman. He also had guest star roles on Star Trek the Next Generation, Hunter and My Two Dads.
In 1996, a tabloid newspaper published compromising photographs of him in a hot tub with another man, which resulted in him having to come out to his family and friends as a homosexual.
