Rich Vos (born June 30, 1957) is a Jewish-American comedian. Originally from New Jersey, Vos has been a working stand-up for decades. Colin Quinn described Vos' early days as a "Jersey Hack".

Described by Jim Norton as a "tall dwarf", Vos recently had a DVD released of an hour of his stand-up, entitled "Vos". He also released a CD entitled "I'm Killing Here". He has the distinction of being the first white comedian to perform on Def Comedy Jam. Vos also placed 3rd on the first season of NBC's Last Comic Standing. He starred in the first and third seasons of Last Comic Standing. He is also a frequent guest on the Opie and Anthony radio program on XM Satellite Radio. He often fills in for Jim Norton when he is out of town for gigs. He appeared often on Comedy Central's Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn. He is friends with many other New York comedians, including Jim Norton, Colin Quinn, Patrice O'Neal, and Dave Mordal. He has been seen on Premium Blend and had his own half-hour special on Comedy Central Presents. In September 2005, Vos married comedian Bonnie McFarlane, who was seen on Season Two of Last Comic Standing. He can be seen at Caroline's Comedy Club and at the Comedy Cellar in New York.
