Frank Windsor is a popular television actor, born in 1927.
His most famous role was as Detective Sergeant Watt in Z Cars in the 1960s, and thereafter its spin-off Softly, Softly.
He has also had regular roles in the BBC drama Casualty and the ITV drama Peak Practice, and appeared twice in Doctor Who.
