Russ Mitchell is co-anchor of The Saturday Early Show on CBS. He became co-anchor of the show in November 1997 when the show was known as CBS News Saturday Morning. He is also a primary anchor for the CBS Evening News Saturday Edition. Russ joned CBS News in 1992 as co anchor of Up to the Minute. He was a corespondent for Eye to Eye on CBS (1993-1995) and anchor of the CBS Sunday Night News (1995-1997). Before joining CBS News, he was an anchor for WFAA (1983-1985), reporter at KTVI (1985-1987), and a weekend anchor and reporter for KMOV (1987-1992).
