Ikue Otani is best known internationally as the voice of Pikachu on Pokémon, as shown on the credential for Seattle, Washington's SakuraCon 2005, where she appeared.

Ikue Otani (大谷 育江 Ōtani Ikue, born August 18, 1965 in Tokyo) is a seiyū who works for Mausu Promotion. Her name is also romanized as Ikue Ohtani in the credits of some works that she has contributed to.
