Julian Barratt is a British comedian and actor born May 4, 1968 in Leeds. Barratt is best known for playing Howard Moon opposite Noel Fielding's Vince Noir in the cult comedy series The Mighty Boosh. Barratt is also an accomplished musician (in a wide range of genres; he claims to be a jazz fusion fanatic), composing much of the music for the series.
