Carlos Oliveira is a video game character in the survival horror game Resident Evil 3: Nemesis played by voice actor Vince Corazza.

A South American mercenary hired under the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service (U.B.C.S.), he is a member of the Alpha Team within the Delta Platoon and is in charge of rear security and weapon maintanance. When news of the T-Virus outbreak hit, he was sent in with a unit to the heart of the disaster in the hopes of rescuing any survivors. However, in the heat of battle, Carlos is forced to fight for his own life. He is only one of three known living U.B.C.S Delta Platoon operatives in Raccoon City. The other two, U.B.C.S leader Mikhail Viktor and member Nicholai Ginovaef, have taken cover elsewhere in town while Carlos looks for possible means of escape from Raccoon City.

Carlos was potrayed by actor Oded Fehr in the 2004 film Resident Evil Apocalypse, an adaptation of Resident Evil 3: Nemesis. Note that the universes between the films and movies are different and the storyline isn't exactly accurate to the events of the actual games.
