John Connelly, (born July 8, 1938 in St. Helens), was an English Association football (soccer) player. Connelly started his professional career with Burnley F.C. In 1964, he transferred to Manchester United, where he scored 35 goals. In 1966, he was transferred again, this time to Blackburn Rovers. He finished his career with Bury F.C.
In 20 games for England, Connelly scored 7 goals.
