Gunnar Nilsson (20 November 1948 – 20 October 1978) was a well known Swedish racing driver. He won the 1975 British Formula Three Championship.
Nilsson entered 32 Formula One Grand Prix races and completed 31, with 1 win, the 1977 Belgian Grand Prix.
He died of testicular cancer and after his death his mother (Elisabeth Nilsson) created the Gunnar Nilsson's Cancer Foundation .
